TENDER NOTICE

Start date: 19th May 2025

NDE Clarke Pitchline Ltd are looking for suppliers and installers of  8 off Office use Heat Pump Power Inverter Split Air Conditioning Units for supply to our premises based at NDE Buildings, Aldbourne Road Works, Coventry CV1 4EQ. We are tendering for quotes to supply the following:

• Heat Pump Power Inverter Split Air Conditioning Units x 8
• Installation

We expect to commence this project as soon as possible on the 1^st July 2025 with completion by 1st September 2025.

Payments will be made in instalments as each phase of the project is completed as above. We will assess each bid for the tender in the following way:

• Price (40%)
• Timescales (40%)
• Experience/track record (20%)
